2026 Tryouts – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. How do I know which age group my child belongs to?

Your child’s birthdate determines their age group. Find your child’s birthdate in the chart above to see their correct “U” (Under) age group, and tryout date.

2. What does “U” mean in U6, U7, etc.?

“U” stands for “Under.” For example, U6 means “Under 6 years old” — typically for players who will be 5 years old as of July 31, 2026.

3. What if my child’s grade doesn’t match their age group?

That’s okay! Placement is based primarily on birthdate, not school grade. The grade levels are listed only as a general guideline.

4. When are the 2026 tryouts?

Tryouts are held on different Mondays depending on the age group: U6 – U9 Monday, December 1, 2025 U10 – U14 Monday, February 23, 2026 U15 – U19 Monday, April 20, 2026

5. Where will tryouts take place?

Tryouts will be held at the club’s training fields (exact location details will be provided closer to the date).

6. How do I register my child for tryouts?

Registration links and instructions will be posted on the club website and sent via email before each tryout session.

7. What should my child bring to tryouts?

• Proper soccer attire (cleats, shin guards, socks)

• Water bottle

• Positive attitude!

8. What happens after tryouts?

Families will receive an email within one week of tryouts with placement results and next steps for team registration.
