Krist Colocho is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a founding member of Culver City Football Club. With more than 20 years of coaching experience, he brings deep knowledge, leadership, and passion to the development of players and programs. Always with a clear vision for the club’s growth and community impact, he leads organizational strategy, oversees daily operations, and drives program development. Krist's leadership, passion for the game, and commitment to youth empowerment have been central to shaping the club’s identity and long-term success.

Rafael is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Culver City FC, bringing more than 30 years of extensive experience in finance to the role. He is directly responsible for the financial planning, budget oversight, and fiscal integrity of the organization. His key duties include developing and managing the annual budget, overseeing all club finances, and administering the financial aid programs. Rafael is deeply passionate about ensuring financial resources strategically align with the club's mission and player development goals, ultimately supporting the success of the organization and its athletes.
